“We had a great week at Villa Aran, the location was excellent and very easy to find. The poole table and table tennis were a great bonus.The villa is looking a little tired and the twin room downstairs is very much an add on and a strange space! The swimming pool was a big let down to us as the chemicals used ruined our swimwear on day one meaning we were reluctant to use for the rest of the holidays, not great when you are paying such a lot for a villa, and yes we did shower before swimming!The……

“Villa has all the amenities you require. On arrival the villa was clean but it felt it had been cleaned a long time before we arrived, it didn’t have a fresh feel but there was plenty of cleaning products to use. The outside terrace is lovely but the roof terrace is of no use- it looks neglected, total waste of an area- it could be lovely with a little makeover. “This is our second time of staying in this villa. The location, walkable to Mijas, is excellent. There is plenty of space for 10 guests in varying rooms. It is not modern luxury but a very traditional and interesting house which is very comfortable and good communal areas. The pool area is huge with plenty of sun beds and a well maintained pool. We had a couple of issues, one with hot water but the owner/contact was very responsive and it was quickly sorted. Excellent security. Not all rooms……
