“Super cute little place, very clean, and love how the large trees create so much shade. There are two docks to fish off and kayaks to put in the water. The couch is super comfy and so was the master bed we stayed in. The only thing I'd say, which is absolutely not the host's responsibility, is the road to get there is not taken care of and very bumpy, our SUV was fine but consider not taking a low sitting car. ”

“Fantastic location, lots of space, and clean. We had great family time, and a short drive to the Texas A&M campus. Highly recommend this house for game days or visiting students. ”

“Everything was great. Only issues we had was the water wouldn’t get hot in the bath tub in the master. Ran out of paper towels. Other than those items, it was a great stay even though for only one night. ”

“We rented this place to attend an A&M football game, which was about. 25 miles drive. The drive was easy the home was very comfortable, well furnished and so much more reasonably priced than staying in College Station”

“This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!”

“Three small family units all enjoyed a quick weekend getaway at this home. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for 3 couples and tossing the cousins/kids into the bunk room! It was close to campus but far enough away from the hustle/bustle to enjoy some peace in the evenings! ”
