“This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!”

“This place is well stocked, beautiful and has a perfect backyard area for what we needed. We were able to have friends and family come over to host one last game night for my late husband. The fire pit in the back was perfect for smores and the host was so kind. Spacious and homey, it was perfect. ”

“The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.”

“Super cute little place, very clean, and love how the large trees create so much shade. There are two docks to fish off and kayaks to put in the water. The couch is super comfy and so was the master bed we stayed in. The only thing I'd say, which is absolutely not the host's responsibility, is the road to get there is not taken care of and very bumpy, our SUV was fine but consider not taking a low sitting car. ”
