“Got the info and check in times. Checked in and left for our event. Came back several hours later to find someone else’s belongings in our room. Messaged owner to find out what was going on and was getting no responses. Finally called VBRO to get answers. I was scared and had no idea who was going to come in. They called owner who admitted they double booked. Sent us to another room in which we had a terrible time accessing. Got in that suite and the deadbolt would not lock! Did not get a wink……

“My family stayed in this cozy, eclecticly decorated, home for a weekend. It had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Quick access to grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. I would defintely rent again. This home is in an older neighborhood with small homes, but the surrounding area is nice. My one and only very minor complaint was with the electrical outlets. Our three-prong cords did not work due to this being an older home with two-prong outlets. I would suggest bringing an……
