“Laura and Tom are very friendly and accommodating. We arranged to see their horses and had some great conversation. Their property is beautiful and was able to do a short hike. The lake is gorgeous, unfortunately we didn’t get to use the paddle boats as it was raining but it was a super peaceful clean place to stay.”

“Excellent stay! Our stay was perfect for our Cooperstown experience. Our son played at Dreams Park which was just a few minutes away. We were lucky to have only 1 rain delay, but super convenient to go back & forth between games, Hall of Fame or other area attractions. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool you might need to prepare meals. The kids loved the bunk beds, such a great use of space to maximize sleeping options.
