“In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might……

“Very cute place for my husband and I to stay while our son was in the baseball tournament. Very helpful person who met us to let us in to the property and showed us around. Very convenient to have access to laundry and our own kitchen. ”

“My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. We enjoyed everything at the farm especially the cleanliness. I highly recommend staying here. ”

“Our family stayed at the beautiful Pottery House while our son played in the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The Park was a short (with beautiful scenery) drive 13 minutes away which made it convenient to come and go as we needed with the hectic schedule of the games. Downtown Cooperstown was a short 7 minute drive away as well. It was clean and came equipped with absolutely everything you could want for an extended stay. We were able to cook some meals there, do laundry, work during the……
