“Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. Best part is how unique the property is with all the baseball paraphernalia on the walls. TVs are dated and not smart TVs but does have the normal local channels. Overall……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. “From the Moment we arrived, Todd and his wife made us feel so welcome and went over all the details of the Beautiful bungalow! From the unbelievable scenery, beautiful pond and the immaculate grounds. , my sons and I enjoyed this retreat and stay so much. “The place is so clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and peaceful to get away from the everyday hustle. Very few cars on the road so no worry about anything keeping you awake at night. The main bedroom (just a full bed) is cozy, and the secondary bedroom and loft are a bit past cozy - anyone in the loft will have to be careful not to bump their head when they wake up.The site is very peaceful. Can't hear a thing most of the time other than nature and very occasional traffic. Access road is a dirt track so I'd avoid during rainy season if you don't have four wheel drive.If you're looking for an ideal place to decompress, you found it.”

“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”
