“環境闊落、清靜優雅、有煮食爐具，酒店老闆體貼入微。由於跟友人失联，作為一個女人在異國他鄉語言不通，當時非常徬徨，唯有向酒店老闆求助，老闆非常熱心，當即停下手上的工作協助我。因為當日去基督城的火車票、公共巴士票當天、明天也售罄， call的士去基督城車費太昂貴，于是老闆在不同的平台替我找車，终于找到傍晚時分的交通工具，他還送我到車站點，到傍晚時分快上车時忽然又見到他的身影，此刻我再次熱淚盈眶，太感动了！！深感人間有大爱！！”
