“The Inn at Meadowcroft provided our first experience of sleeping in a log cabin. It is a cabin with modern conveniences. The room was clean and tastefully furnished. Coffee was provided in the room. “First time at a bed and breakfast. Very enjoyable and more important relaxing spot away from the craziness of the city. Room was perfect and I actually enjoyed the room not having a tv which was a great way to disconnect and I appreciate that! Would come back here again for a wine trip!”

“We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet……

“Good value. Clean and comfortable bed and room. Three complaints: 1) Moldy smell in room 2) Breakfast was definitely “lacking”: No scrambled eggs upon arrival; we were there 30 minutes, never refilled (there had been a large contingent of linemen in the hotel overnight, probably for a mutual aid “storm response”. Nevertheless, without question, the innkeepers / owners had a responsibility to address this obvious increased demand on services by bringing in more workers - there was ONE person……

“This property has the most amazing yard and view looking out over the mountains. It’s super convenient to all of the activities we had planned. It is decorated so beautifully and has everything you need. We will 100% stay again. They were super accommodating with us bringing pets, having an extra person, and checking in early. ”

“This lovely property is in an idyllic setting on a quiet country lane, across from a creek. We were delighted with the lodgings, and the amenities were outstanding. We had two little girls with us, who loved the flowers growing in the yard, and creek. It seemed as if all the furnishings were new, or nearly new, and the only negatives that I might mention, were that our bed was ultra firm ( a little too firm for me) . “Everyone was so friendly. AC wasn’t blowing cold. The front desk lady came up and messed with it. It got a little cooler, but not cold. Breakfast was good. Shower needs upgraded. Would stay again.”
