“Overall, I had a good stay at this property. House was super clean, spacious, and very modern. My only complaints were that the owner did not send the code to the house until 35 minutes after she had specified we she would send. Also I did not appreciate how there was no communication that owner's cousin would come to the house to fix the security. She showed up out of no where without my knowledge and spent roughly 20-30 minutes to fix the security then left. Outside of the communication,……

“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. “Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go.
