“Boutique hotel, right in the heart of Batesville. Walkable to some restaurants, a nice coffee shop, and other businesses. Beds are new and comfortable. I enjoyed meeting the owner and one of the partners and hearing about the history of the hotel. ”

“I would like to start by saying this a very unique property that had plenty of space for our group and offered many amenities that we enjoyed. How ever the house doesn't map correctly online and it took us to the wrong location and when I called they had no way of telling me where to go, luckily after some driving around we did find the right house. When we got to the property the grass was very tall and hadnt been trimmed. Inside the house it seemed there had been no cleaning crew since the……

“The house was just as advertised. The over the top part was the little touches like plenty of towels for the pool, sunscreen, snacks, waters, etc. just super thought out and thoughtful. Had a little issue with the door lock but Haley was super responsive and it worked out quickly. We would not hesitate to stay again.”

“The weather the weekend of our stay ruined our original plans, but the property was so relaxing. It was kind of nice just to be there most of the day and just relax. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Couches are amazing and everyone of us loved having a TV in the bathroom. We got to enjoy the company of the animals and loved them all, even the rooster. It was lovely..”
