Just a few items to be aware of: it is a duplex and the entire house is on the upper level, as you enter you must climb very steep stairs, there isn’t a dishwasher (wasn’t a problem for us - we ate out), the bathroom is teeny tiny, one of the bedrooms is at the front of the house and the bathroom is way in the rear of the house, the……
