“Our trip was fantastic. We had a few questions when we checked in and Dean/Team were very helpful and informative. We spent the majority of our time in the theater and it was all you could ask for. We plan on making this our annual house for our yearly guys weekend. ”

“We went to Pirates Cov waterpark. Starve Rock hiking. But when we came back to the house it was like home. We all live in the country in Indiana and love it. Very clean lots of room. The kids had fun deciding what room they were going to sleep in. Thank u so much for our stsy”

“We enjoyed the view from our rental and the quietness of the community. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the rental. The furniture was in bad shape and the level of cleanliness was not to my standard. Kitchen table was wobbly and couch and chair were not comfortable. You could bounce in the chair when you sat down. “This place worked out perfectly for me. It was perfect for having a few guests over and enjoying football with friends. It's a quiet neighborhood, the house has plenty of options as far as cooking. You can grill out or cook anything on the stove or oven. I may rent this one again. ”

“We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. “Pros - Beautiful location and kids had an amazing time skipping stones in the river. Con’s - the downstairs toilet ran so we had to turn the water to it off, the kitchen faucet wasn’t just a little wiggly (you could tilt it back and forth/side to side), and there was what appeared to be a whole load of dirty dishes someone had unloaded in the cupboard/shelves.
