“We spent a wonderful weekend fishing with friends and rented this house on the river. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The fish were biting well, and the house was very clean and cozy. The interior of the house is beautiful, all finished in wood, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.Our kids also enjoyed it very much and had a great time. Fishing was convenient right from the pier, which was a big plus for us.I highly recommend this house for fishing trips and family……

“Family members traveled from Northern Wisconsin and Western Pennsylvania to join in on the celebration of another family member's 45 years of teaching/retirement observance in nearby Yorkville. Three generations stayed comfortably in the spacious home. (7 adults and 2 children)To our surprise, there was another bed in the basement/recreation room which freed up one of the bedrooms upstairs and allowed an out-of-town friend to spend the night after the celebration.The kitchen was well supplied……

“Good house with tons of activities to do, just in the house alone. Everything was well stocked and the bnb also included complimentary snacks and food which I found very thoughtful and kind. The host was even able to accommodate an earlier arrival time for me. My only suggestion for improvement is that the master suite's shower had a very strong/stinky smell. However, that's not a big deal and the stay was definitely a 5-star experience with all of the options and amenities provided.”

“We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. The ‘landscaping’ was filled with garbage and debris. The check-in rules and regulations are extensive (requiring expensive insurance or $5,000 cash……

“The property is super clean, updated, and very accommodating. Went back home to visit family and wanted a place my kids would be comfortable. They absolutely loved the game room. Everything thing we needed during our stay was available. Location was perfect for my trip (literally walking distance to my grandma) and close to stores. I would definitely recommend, especially for families. Look forward to booking again. ”
