“A good location, friendly welcome and tasty breakfast. Room was a small single. Not really enough room to lay out medium sized suitcase. Plumbing noises late at night and early in the morning were quite bad and woke me up both nights. Lost a fair bit of sleep because of it. Nice wee place, but I wouldn't choose the same room again.”

“Charming old building combined with modern luxury, excellent SPA facilities if that’s your thing. Cosy bar, quality food and excellent service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Great spot for exploring the County Down coast, we were lucky with the weather. ”

“What a hidden gem situated in a quiet, picturesque location. Exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and the private sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Powerful hairdryer, massive comfortable bed and Netflix on TV in room and lounge area were also appreciated. “Nice place, with some minor inconveniences: -window to outside would not close and had a gap, letting in a lot of street noise from the bar across the street -no air conditioning or even a fan...room was very stuffy -lots of flies in the room, maybe from the open window? -no hot water at sink -no suitable surfaces for managing toiletries But we knew this is an old building when we booked, so nothing that was a deal breaker.”
