“We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! “We loved staying in this unique vintage hotel. Our room was at the top of the building but was clean and well set-up. It's in a great neighborhood close to Queen's College. Loved the door knobs! Enjoyed a great meal at Hendrick's which was walking distance from the Gregory. Which we could have stayed for breakfast. Highly recommended.”

“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”
