“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Bright, cozy condo with open floor plan was the perfect size for a family of 4. The area was very quiet. Sidewalks made the short walk to the beach easy.”

“Well stocked kitchen, close to the beach, good communication with owners and plenty of nice amenities.”

“The unit was nice, but I wish I had known about the spiral staircase and made it difficult for me to get up and down. My cousins rooms have a regular staircase up to the third floor. Outside of the room, the hallways had a multi smell to it. Inside the room was OK. I was disappointed I had to give up my room to sleep on the couch downstairs. The unit could use some updating. The ice machine did not work at all the entire time we were there. It would’ve been nice to see which side of the complex……
