“Great location for our visit to the Iowa State Fair! The place is clean, beautifully furnished, and well stocked. Restaurants and a grocery store are right next door which is very convenient. We were impressed with how clean the downtown area was. Thank you for a great stay!!!.”

“The place was fun and the neighborhood was WONDERFUL! The water had been shut off and the kitchen window was broken when we got there, but they fixed it right away. If you're looking for somewhere to stay when you come to watch the race this is perfect.”

“Had grandkids over for snacks and a movie on Friday night. Plenty of room, used the pizza pizza cooker for chicken nuggets, pizza rolls and mini corn dogs. It was perfect! Saturday night we hosted a murder mystery dinner party for my granddaughter turning 30. It was a hit! Loved the space, next time we would rent the companion space as well for a full bathroom option.”

“This was a great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet. I work nights and had no problems getting rest. Very close to the hospital. ”

“No parking. Small apartment. The TV was also in a really bad spot. Communication was with AI or a call center. I had to call for check in instructions. They told me they would update me at a specific time and did not do so. The location was very good though. There are a lot of good food and bar options nearby. Walkability is great and we found parking very easily.”

“We loved the space and it was so easy to access. Close to so much in the East Village and very walkable. Our only problem was the proximity to the train tracks that had freight trains going by overnight. It sounded like they were just outside the window and the horns were so loud! We could also hear everything the upstairs neighbor was doing. Great space, but didn't sleep much. ”
