“This house was exactly what the pictures looked like! The beds were extremely comfy and we had a blast! Contacting the host was easy and he responded quickly! ”

“We met up for an adult weekend getaway. The house is easy walking distance to food and drinks. Nice and clean with lots of space for everyone!”

“We were disappointed that the kitchen lacked any glassware, knives, forks or dish towels. We discovered rotting brown bananas left in a kitchen cabinet. When notified of these deficiencies, the property manager did not offer any resolution.”

“Loved staying in this beautiful home. They had everything we needed. We were close to everything we did. Drake University, Blank Zoo, the mall and so many restaurants!! The owners were always so quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!!”

“Property was nice but had street noise and bright light from street even though there were blinds. Suggest light blocking shades. Also, check in indicated picking up key fob and then parking in ramp. We parked in the ramp but found it difficult to find apartment through skywalk We went back outside on the street level to enter the building. Maybe this just needs to be explained better. ”

“My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck. The owners were very nice and answered any questions or issues we might have had. Would definitely stay in one of their properties again. Jane”

“Conveniently located. The apartment was spacious and communication with the owner was a breeze. ”

“There were a number of things I didn't like. First, there was no one available to assist or answer questions for the first 2 days there. Secondly, there was unexpected a lot of noise outside the unit a 5am. Third, they said no pets allowed, but we experienced animal fur in the unit. We have a crawling infant and there was a lot of fur on the bottom of his high chair discovered as we were loading our van to leave. The unit and building was very secure, but there was no information given……

“Overall stay was good! What we first walked into though was…not good. The house was a complete mess with dirty laundry and wet towels laying around, plugged sink and dirty dishes. Reached out to owner who sent cleaner over but we had arrived and then had to leave for a couple hours for the cleaners to come and clean the whole house. Communicating was good and it was taken care of but a little frustrating to first walk into and then have to leave right away. Otherwise things were pretty good”
