“This property is really nice. I loved everything about it. The location could not be better for a stay in Pella. There are several restaurants on this same street and I counted 3 coffee shops right by it! The place itself was very clean and upscale. My only suggestion would be to update the photos of the restaurant below the place to Clover and put the street number on the actual door to make it a no brainer to find the place on the first try. I only found the street numbers on a side wall……

“The property was just as described and the property manager was very communicative and responsive. ”

“Property was nice but had street noise and bright light from street even though there were blinds. Suggest light blocking shades. Also, check in indicated picking up key fob and then parking in ramp. We parked in the ramp but found it difficult to find apartment through skywalk We went back outside on the street level to enter the building. Maybe this just needs to be explained better. ”

“Great space and location. Dan is an excellent host and ready to help with any need you have. It is quite a walk around the floor and up a bunch of steps to get to the unit. If you’re bringing groceries or a lot of bags be prepared. Parking is convenient to the space, across the street and with sky walk access on one side. If you’re a wine drinker be sure to bring your own glasses, there are only shot glasses, martini glasses, tall water glasses and coffee mugs. Also no options for recycling.”

“Conveniently located. The apartment was spacious and communication with the owner was a breeze. ”

“Location was great for us. Unit was pretty much as described. But microwave didnt work, smoke detector was covered with plastic. Coffee maker but no coffee cups or coffee. Lack os kitchen supplies was very disappointing. Price was fine but we had to eat out and go get coffee when we should have been able to do all of that in unit.”

“The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped. If “breathtaking” was meant to describe the view, it was not. Our view was a brick wall and homeless people that congregated by the building. The location was great for downtown activities— we walked to a concert and baseball game and enjoyed proximity to parks and the river walk. We did have trouble checking in because the lockbox code we were given was incorrect. Luckily someone from the cleaning service was able to give us a new code that……

“This place was great. I read some of the previous reviews and besides a couple of very small pieces of trim missing and a few drywall cosmetic holes from nails it is exactly as described. Found our lock box with no problems, all codes and keys worked perfect. The location is amazing, right above Hello Marjories for an easy craft cocktail! Fresko, Centro, and Django all an easy walk. Will def stay again. ”
