“Very spacious room downtown Pella. Walking distance to any venue downtown, to include eateries. Follow owner's instructions regarding parking. Arriving after dark made parking a challenge.”

“Property was nice but had street noise and bright light from street even though there were blinds. Suggest light blocking shades. Also, check in indicated picking up key fob and then parking in ramp. We parked in the ramp but found it difficult to find apartment through skywalk We went back outside on the street level to enter the building. Maybe this just needs to be explained better. ”

“I only stayed 1 night for work travel. Had a little trouble accessing key to the unit but host was responsive and helpful. Showered and slept comfortably. No complaints and will likely be back. ”
