Our daughter turned 14 on Monday August 4th and we spent the day at Adventureland having a blast and the fun continued when we were back at Jessica’s house we rented. This house is kept up very well and was so cozy to spend time in. It is very obvious how much care goes into this rental for their guests! It was also extremely easy to communicate with our host, Jessica. We Will definitely stay here again if we are back in that area for any……

“We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)”

“The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property.”

“Hi there! I had a wonderful time in the room and got the much-needed rest I was looking for. The space was clean and minimalist(good thing). I do have a couple of suggestions: a coffee table would be a useful addition along with a wall clock, and it would be great if the rear entrance from the parking garage were more accessible. Also, I found navigating from the Star Trek spaceship walkways to the building a bit tricky. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again!”
