“Loved our lake getaway on a busy basketball weekend. ”

“Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a……

“This house has been the best I’ve seen in a while based on what I’ve payed for. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had anytime I needed them. The pictures don’t even show how good this house is, you just have to see it for yourself. This house would nicely fit a good 10 people if you really wanted to. It had extra house keys just in case you stayed at least a couple days and multiple people needed to get inside. Every single room you walk into, there is a nice scenery……

“This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. It was 3 minutes from the Country Club where the reception was and maybe 5 minutes to the Grooms parents house. I wanted to cry having to leave! Thank ya’ll so much for having us and providing a fabulous place. ”

“Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. “Overall, great experience and if we’re in the area again we’d definitely rebook! Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There’s a patio/deck for you to enjoy with a nice backyard. The home is small and intimate for a family of 4-6 but not too small that you’re on top of one another. The kitchen and bathroom have a nice modern feel/look. The check-in process was simple and the home homeowner was very quick to respond when needed. The only thing that was off to me was an individual staying……

“Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest house and property with us! Everything was truly wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. It felt like a spa retreat with horses. My only regret was that we weren’t there longer. I sincerely hope to stay again the next time we visit Georgia. ”
