“Large beautiful home and comfortable beds! Property owner was very friendly. Just remember you’re in the mountains so there’s wildlife and bugs everywhere. The view of a deer strolling down the driveway while we were making dinner and a black bear through the trees as we were driving to the pool was an exciting surprise! ”

“We booked this event house for our small sized wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay here. The house has many bedrooms and enough parking for all the guests. Host is very nice and replied to us quickly. Host even gave us flexible checkin and checkout time. We took some wedding photos in front of the house and back yard and They all looked good. We are definitely satisfied and would recommend this house to anyone who would host a small event here.”

“I absolutely loved everything about this home! It’s beautiful, just a short walk to the dock with an amazing view of the lake. My favorite spot was the patio, where we enjoyed breakfast each morning while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The location is also perfect, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive and thoughtful—providing so many extras that made our stay feel special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

“22 members of our family spent the Thanksgiving weekend at Timber Estate and it was almost as if this house was built for us. There were several areas throughout for congregating and relaxing; the sofas and chairs were beyond comfortable. There were plenty of bedrooms and bunkrooms, each with its own private bath; perfect when we each needed a break from our crowd. There were all sorts of recreational opportunities, both indoors and out; no one was ever bored. Our family gathers annually for……

“This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house.”

“Tarsha was an excellent host any questions or concerns i had she addressed immediately. The gardeners were scheduled for Mondays and being that it had been raining the Monday before and Tuesday my arrival day , I had messaged her pictures to let her know that they didn’t show (if she prepaid them for the service) and to my surprise the next day she had them there. The 3 beds were all comfy. i had 3 young ladies so the master bedroom was prefect for my trio with the 2 rollaways bed; i prefer……
