It's a family owned hotel, older building, very vintage, nothing fancy but the rooms and sheets were clean and comfy and that is truly all we needed. All necessary amenities provided. The price was excellent. Minneapolis, KS felt like a quiet small farm town community and very safe.”

“Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!”

We only explored a small amount of the property but it was lovely and if we had more time would have enjoyed it more. Very clean. Plenty of room. Good communication with owner. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay there again if available.”
