“Plenty of space to spread out, a very quiet location, well-stocked kitchen, towels, and private hot tub. A great spot to come home to after a day on the slopes. Love the gigantic couch that fit all 6 adults with plenty of room. We hope to return soon!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunset Chalet. The over the top characteristic was the stunning views of Lake Tahoe from our deck. Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely.”

“Near the lake, easy to walk around. Close to the main road with noise. The building is old, and the heater is loud, remote is out of service, bathroom floor always wet, kitchen is small, 1 cloth hanger there. It's an average place, can be better.”

“We had a 3 night stay and it was such an easy check in process! Cabin was clean, had everything you’d need for the kitchen, and even toys around for my daughter to play with. Also, had really good communication with them. They even went out of their way to send a wedding binder back to us that we left behind. Super grateful. We really had a great experience and will definitely be back! ”

“We had a great time at this cabin. It was perfect for all ages and location was great! Only complaint would be that the floors were dirty upon arrival and had to vacuum due to having little ones crawling around on the floor. Otherwise highly would recommend!”

“This spot was the perfect middle ground between Sierra at Tahoe for snowboarding and going to Stateline and South Lake at night. The home itself was very cozy and the gas fireplace kept us all warm throughout the day. Would stay again. ”

“Beautifuly organized with everything you could need. Nice layout for 6 people and 2 dogs. Loved the hiking trails right down the quiet street.”

“House was very clean and fit our needs. Listing was a bit confusing with number of queen beds. It’s 6 rooms- 5 rooms with queen bedsand a very small 6 “room” with a set of bunk beds. Again it worked well for our group, it just was confusing ”

“Was pretty clean and cozy. There were some cobwebs and lots of dust we could see on the ceiling beams and on some of the furniture like the side of bed tables. WiFi was fine on our phones. Tv worked way better when we hotspotted to a phone. Otherwise it was great ”

“Talk about a STELLAR home. The photos don’t do it justice. From the beautiful chefs kitchen to the comfy common areas, it was perfect for my group and I. We had plans in town over the weekend and ended up being greeted by a snow storm upon arrival and we couldn’t have been happier to stay in and enjoy this beautiful space. Riley and Clyde were very helpful/quick with responses and were a joy to communicate with. I travel quite often and this has been my best stay yet. We can’t wait to return! ”
