“Fantastic location and easy to find. Great service that allowed late check in via key lock. Comfortable room with lots of electricity plug in points for charging phones, computers etc which is a pleasing change. Lovely large shower with powerful rain hail. “Quiet hotel. Soundproofed. Central for everything. All attractions nearby - city walls - a quick and interesting way to get to cathedral and historic centre. Spoilt for choice for restaurants. All staff lovely - reception, breakfast and cleaning staff friendly. Beds excellent. Shower hot. Good value. Couldn't fault it. I'd say negative reviews have been unlucky.”
