“The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in……

“Had a good stay, the place was very nice. Only thing that was somewhat annoying was the parking situation since we got blocked by the train many times from getting to our car. Otherwise everything was excellent!”

“Great place downtown in the R&T building. Easy walk to Iowa Cubs game and tons of restaurants/breweries nearby. Parking was a breeze and connected by skyway. Rooftop patio offered a peaceful evening spot to relax.”
