“The property was well-situated, well-laid out and very comfortable for our purposes. My business partner and I utilized the property for a day-long strategic planning session while we were in Des Moines to attend a professional event. The space was much more comfortable and flexible than trying to accomplish our tasks in a cramped hotel room.”

“We were here for a conference and were so close to the event center where it was held. I think it could’ve been helpful having resources of how to use the skywalks as I think we maybe could’ve used those to get to the event center if we knew. The apartment was perfect size for all of us and the beds were comfy and clean. One of the bathroom towels had beard trimmings so that’s our only complaint. Thank you to the host for getting back to us quickly and having specific directions on how to get……
