Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. Lots of owner thoughtful features: well stocked kitchen, several comfortable sitting areas, upstairs fireplace with complimentary wood, and towels & bath supplies to name a few. Check in & out was easy & the owners were available if needed. Great location. So great that we plan to return when Palo Pinto Mountain State Park opens. Looking forward to 2025!”
