“We had a wonderful overnight stay at The John Wallace BnB. The owners are fabulous hosts and the newly renovated building is beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and the common areas were lovely. The BnB's location is wonderful, too. It's within walking distance of the town center and the building is actually part of the town's historic building self tour. Be sure to factor in time for their tremendous breakfast! “Truly wonderful host and property. Incredible location and impeccable residence- our experience was amazing in every way. We felt incredibly accommodated while also enjoying all the privacy needed within our beautiful suite. My partner was celebrating her 30th birthday- our host went above and beyond to make the trip truly special. She even accommodated her vegan dietary requests for breakfast! “Just wanted a peaceful getaway with my kids and got that. No Restaurants open when we stayed. Just a convenience store and bar but they do have a kitchen and you can bring stuff to cook but if you are looking to just enjoy and not deal with cooking then that might be a thing to consider. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The pool area was great. Overall a great stay and will definitely go back”

“The lady was very kind and everything was orderly and clean in the room. Of course it’s a little old fashioned, but for a comfortable night stay, it did the job. Honestly would recommend and if I’m ever in the area again, I’d choose this place. I do recommend that the locks get replaced since they’re quite rusted and janky, but there are also three of them on the main door that makes you feel extra secure. The bathroom lock though didn’t allow full closure in case that matters to any particular……
