“I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!”

“A nice place on the river that has a cool MCM vibe. One bedroom is upstairs and the staircase needs to be navigated with some care, but we had no issues. Friendly hosts. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to reserve again.”

“We had an excellent stay and found our contact to be very responsive. We were given giving a bit of a late checkout which was very much appreciated!”

“This was a cute house with a great location on the lake. Kitchen was well stocked. Sleeping arrangements were not as well as expected. Futons were uncomfortable and not enough for 13 of us present. ”

“This was a great place for our weekend work retreat. The outdoor games and fire pits were perfect for our group. The actual house had plenty of space and all of the kitchen supplies we needed. Highly recommend. ”

“We loved staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment in the heart of Linden Hills. It's a short and pleasant walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and retail, and an equally as short and pleasant walk to Lake Harriett. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Quiet, secure, clean, and enjoyable!”

“This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“we had a very nice weekend , this house has plenty of room for a family. although an older house, the style of it was beautiful. great communication with the owner. we would definitely stay here again ! thank you ”

“People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.”
