“I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the……

“One of the things that stood out was the friendly staff and they really made a difference to the stay. The room was clean and a comfy bed! My only downside is that there was only one plug socket available in my room so I'd recommend bringing an extension lead or multi plug socket adapter. This also had the mini fridge plugged in so I couldn't really use that. Breakfast was good and could be booked the night before for 7.50 euros per day. Standard selection for this sort of buffet breakfast……

“Con la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni presso l'hotel Ricci, struttura parzialmente ristrutturata, bella, pulita ed essenziale a due passi dal mare. Colazione varia , tra cornetti, plumcake, torte (deliziose) e salumi. Personale e proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Merita molto più di un due stelle”

“Avevo prenotato una camera quadrupla deluxe e mi hanno dato una doppia, assicurandomi che era più bella...senza farmi vedere la quadrupla prenotata (come posso dire io se è più bella?). Camera pulita, ma piccola. Bella la vista mare. Bagno piccolissimo. Per me che sono alto 180 cm quasi impossibile sedersi sul wc. Le ginocchia battono contro la doccia! Scomodissimo!!! Mai e poi mai. Personale gentile ed educato. ”
