“High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. “The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”

“The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back.
