“Owner provided easy to follow instructions to access property. House was clean and very nice. We did not experience any problems, owner was great to deal with! We stayed 2 nights. ”

“Nice apartment, with lots of space.I was travelling with 3 young adult daughters, therefore needed some space between each of us. This apartment worked out well. The bunk bed is two doubles/queens. Not sure, but we were surprised at how big the bunk beds were at both levels. I worked online from the apartment while there, and the internet worked well without issues. ”

“I had my fist visit to Thunder Bay to visit my daughter. The property was convenient with my own key code to the doors. The property was clean. It was well stocked with the essentials to cook meals for the week. There was plenty of parking in the rear for over night or out front for short term during the day and because of the size of Thunder Bay, located close to everything. ”

“The size was great and the decor was magnificent. Very warm setting and would recommend this apt to all my close friends. ”

“The property was equipped to meet all basic needs. The provided heater was appreciated. Cleanliness and property condition was standard. Access into building/suits was clear and convenient. The building set up did result in frequent noises from hallways and suites, but the host rules did provide appropriate 'quiet' periods for adequate rest. Notably, one body sized towel is provided for the entire stay.”

“Adorable room! I felt safe there despite it being downtown. It was a bit noisy when the bar let out but that was only like 5minutes. It was great to be able to walk to food and the cafe downstairs was very inviting. ”

“Great stay. Room was clean and as advertised. Building and room were simple to access. Only minor issue was with ease of parking but this was accurately addressed in communications from the host before checking in. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
