“Nice apartment, with lots of space.I was travelling with 3 young adult daughters, therefore needed some space between each of us. This apartment worked out well. The bunk bed is two doubles/queens. Not sure, but we were surprised at how big the bunk beds were at both levels. I worked online from the apartment while there, and the internet worked well without issues. ”

“This lower level apartment had all the comforts of home. The unit was clean and spacious, well furnished and stocked with many household essentials. It was ideal for our 5-night stay in Thunder Bay exploring the city and doing some day trips. ”

“This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. Cindy the host is very responsive and when I asked for a few items, they appeared in the house before we arrived. They have also been very accommodating when we arrive……

“The house is centrally located and was convenient for all of our outings. It is clean and has many of the items we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are very nice. The towels were very nice and there was a generous supply of toilet tissue, which has not always been the case in many of the VRBOs we have previously stayed in. “The property was equipped to meet all basic needs. The provided heater was appreciated. Cleanliness and property condition was standard. Access into building/suits was clear and convenient. The building set up did result in frequent noises from hallways and suites, but the host rules did provide appropriate 'quiet' periods for adequate rest. Notably, one body sized towel is provided for the entire stay.”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
