They tell me that they are having problems with the key cards when I get back to the room Someone had been in the room. “Check in was standard. We got a room with door that had a knack to closing it but were not told about it so the door remained permanently unlocked. After complaining we were told the knack. It can be fixed in 2 minutes if they want! This info should, at least, be given at check in.”
