Ended up parking my boat at my cousins place as no way to park it at this place. I did ask the owner if there would be room to park my boat there and he never returned my message! “This house is pretty cute, I think it would be best described as a clubhouse. It is very clean and it was cool to be able to compost and be less wasteful. There is a lovely backyard and little sitting area. The parking in front of the house is very ideal.
