“We stayed here over the 4th of July! It was in a great location in the heart of Effingham right above a great little speakeasy and just a couple blocks from Joe Sippers for morning coffee. It looked exactly like the pictures — a big bright, open loft in a historic building that somehow still managed to feel modern and cozy. It’s one of those places that feels like being at home even though you’re away, especially with a well appointed kitchen with all the basic utensils and supplies for cooking.……

“We stayed the weekend while visiting family on Lake Sara. We loved the downtown vibe and the property was exactly as described, more than enough space for 5 adults. Close to coffee, restaurants, bars and even a farmer’s market. We loved the special touches, the cleanliness and coziness.
