“What a great place to relax, visit and take quiet walks. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We used the kitchen to cook and used the barbeque. The surroundings are breathtaking. The lake at Snowshoe Springs is a real treat. It was a little chilly for swimming when we were there but would be so much fun in the summer. Just a real wonderful long weekend. “The property was VERY dirty - downstairs floor was so dirty that our foot soles turned black, there were dead bugs and debris in the bed linens, the fridge looked like it wasn't cleaned since the last booking. The property is listed for sale and per the property manager, wasn't used for a while. The place was clearly not cleaned prior to our stay. We tried reaching the owner multiple times at the number he provided but got no response. He eventually responded the day after we checked in and……
