“Two night stay so thst we could visit Pisa and Lucca. Room was next to lift shaft, so quite noisy. Shower was positioned in the middle of the bath (probably because the plumbing could not be accommodated at the end of the bath due to the lift shaft) which meant water went everywhere. Walls are thin, so you can hear whats going on next door, and down stairs. The location is good for getting around the area, and the staff are friendly and helpful. ”
