“地點就在車站附近，前往景點非常方便。 房間開揚，若可望向車站就更理想。 前台服務員有效率，辦理入住及退房手續快速，由於到達時間尚早，所以寄存行李後就開始旅程，當晚回到酒時店行李已經擺放於房間，讚。”

“Great location to stay in Rotterdam. Staff were super. The room really quiet (slept really well). The room, however, was very small. No place to sit. No bedside table to put things on at night. Breakfast was good - however, if it's not included in your booking, there is no 'set' price, every item is totalled separately. I would definitely stay here again if in Rotterdam.”

“我們有申請late check-in, 到飯點的時候交班人員都有處理好，所以check-in非常順利。飯店人員都非常友善，對小朋友更是主動打招呼甚至給他們糖果。房間設備都很好又乾淨，而且地點超好的，就在火車站相連的mall裡面，要逛街吃東西都很方便，要出去逛舊城區也很方便，非常推薦！”

“The property overall all was fantastic but sadly on our last night I had my baby in the shower and the water temperature went from Luke warm to scolding hot and scolded my 11 month old baby. Luckily he didn’t have physical burns but he cried in pain as soon as the water touched his skin. I can only imagine there was some sort of fault with the thermostat in the shower. I reported this to reception but didn’t hear any more after the event. ”

“Some concierges are quite rude, some are nice. Not consistent quality of service. Equipments and facilities are quite modern”

“Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.”

“房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。”

“Ondanks dat je dicht aan de snelweg zit, heb je achter het idee dat je helemaal vrij zit. Leuk uitzicht en heerlijk wakker worden met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. ”
