“Stayed 7 nights with my family at this hotel. We chose this hotel because of the included breakfast and kitchen in the room. Hotel location was great and Staff was friendly. Room cleanliness was ok, we found a dead cockroach behind curtains but it was removed when we requested to clean the room. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, it is overdue for a new mattress. The room’s kitchen was well stocked with equipment to make meals and the queen bed was very comfortable unlike the sofa bed. Breakfast……

“The suite was very comfortable. It provided all the amenities that someone would need for a long stay. The kitchen had pots and pans, as well as dishes. The beds were surprising comfortable compared to many other hotels. I would highly recommend this.”

“Nice area. Getting to other cities nearby were only about 20-30 minutes from hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby less than 20 minutes. Kind and friendly staff. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was not open at the time. I was not aware you had to ask for full room service for the room to clean. ”

“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”
