“Positives: (i) Quite comfortable, and very clean rooms. (ii) Quiet, walking distance to the center of Zaros. (iii) the property had oudoor seating in a rather pleasant setting. (iv) Responsive and pleasant host. Accessible at all hours. Negatives: (i) I waited for hours in front of the main entrance for someone to let me in. Moreover, the telephone number provided by Expedia to contact the host is incorrect. Only when I went nextdoor did I find a working contact number for the host pasted on……

“The hosts were wonderful, friendly and very good cook. Plus, he is a fabulous musician playing the luth after dinner and singing with his wife for our delight! The setting in the wilderness of the high Cretan mountains was a discovery for us. Highly recommended to discover traditional Cretan hospitality.”

“We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended”
