“Despite it raining most of our stay, the cabin provided a lovely place to relax for a long weekend. It was easy to find, and the lake was absolutely beautiful when we were able to get outside. The cabin itself was very clean. As a city girl myself, I had to get used to the hardness and smell of minerals in the water, but that was more of a personal issue. It was very easy to communicate with the host. Any questions or messages I sent, she answered almost immediately. Overall, it was a very nice……

“Great experience. Rented Zula's Retreat for a week over Memorial Day to enjoy a quiet week away just to rest and relax. The back deck, overlooking the lake, with its rocking patio chairs and table was perfect. We spent a lot of time out there, and I appreciated the handbuilt deck gate, which allowed our dog to easily join us. The house was well appointed and outfitted with everything you might need. We ate a number of meals at the house. Dish soap, bath soaps, shampoo, towels, sheets, etc. were……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was neat and tidy and just as described. The lake view was gorgeous! We saw several loons and otters and enjoyed just relaxing each day on the deck, and using the kayaks. Bill was very helpful and responsive in the pre-arrival days. I didn't need to contact him throughout the stay, as everything was perfectly fine! Thanks for the great stay!”

“The home was easy to find, very clean, had everything basic we needed. Used the kayaks and those were in good condition as well. The property was well maintained and cared for. The hot tub was ready for our use which was awesome. We were too early in the season for the dock. Overall we'd love to stay again, maybe even bring the kids next time. The leaving process was simple and not tedious like some places. ”

“We had an excellent time at this cottage. Lake was clean with sandy bottom and shallow enough for kids (littles 2 & 5) to swim and play. Zebra mussels were plentiful so water shoes are a good idea as shells can cut feet. Cottage was spacious and beds were comfortable. A few more lamps would be nice for nighttime ambiance lighting. We loved sitting on the deck and the fire pit is in a great location. We rented a pontoon which was great for cruising the lake. Other lake residents like to park……
