“This is a nice little cottage on the shores of Lake Julia. The place has everything you could need for a week of vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics, with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. One note to any families: only one bathroom for the entire house but not an issue for us. Outside it is a short walk down the stairs to the small beach area. It is a mostly sandy shore with less sand as you head out. The dock is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon with a book……

“Had a great couple of days fishing, hiking, boating with our adult kids and grandkids. Clean and spacious home that gave us all our own space and homey dining and living room area. ”

“Bar room with pool table and the living/dining room are spacious and good rooms to gather and play games. Location is perfect with a public boat launch 300 feet away. More care could be taken to clean the unit. The outside has huge potential but it seems there is not much care for the outside. The shubs, weeds and vines are over grown and obstruct the lake view and give little room for an outside table.”

“It was a perfect little place to stay for family of 5 for the weekend. There was a cafe walking distance from house. The host responded right away with instructions of check-ins and was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend. ”

“The house was loaded with lady bugs, and more importantly mice. The pull out couch, the futon, and drawers/cabinets were littered with mice poop. Which left 2 beds unusable...Additionally, the lawn/home outside was poorly groomed with chopped up bottles and long grass clippings left… which was disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the yard. I know it's a bigger place, and allows a lot of people to sleep there which is nice but to be advertised as “can sleep 17” is a complete stretch... the……

“My family and I rented this cabin over the 4th of July week/weekend. The Cabin itself was very nice! Plenty of places to sleep. Big kitchen with a big kitchen table that fit the whole family at dinner time! We were able to launch our boat at the public launch and dock on the pier. Very very clean lake! The kids enjoyed the big yard, boat rides, the beach down the road. Overall this was a much needed family getaway and would definitely love to come back! Dan the host was very informational,……
