It’s a great location to use as a base camp for traveling to Yosemite and other interesting places in the area, and there are 3 other lakes in the “neighborhood” for fishing, boating, and hiking also! “This owner managed room at the Westin was absolutely perfect! Warm and cozy and had more amenities and special touches that you don’t normally see in the Westin rooms. We absolutely loved the convenience it offered for skiing out of Canyon lodge. It was the perfect cozy retreat to come back to. The owner Denise was wonderful to work with! “My little family had a wonderful stay. I was so impressed how clean it was prior to our arrival. My toddler loved going into the sunroom every morning. We come to Mammoth quite often. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. It was peaceful and a perfect location for skiers.”

“This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. ”
