“The staff at the desk were helpful and checking in and out was fast and easy. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I only stayed one night, just to have a bed and a shower, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The property looked nice and spacious as well. I think it should be advertised more clearly that the hotel is right next to some train tracks. I didn't mind them passing by, but others might not like the noise.”

“My husband’s words “this is nicest hotel you’ve found in all our travels” Loved the room decor, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Our room was right by an exit door and we were woke up every time someone went outside as it slammed shut hard. First floor and people above us were noisy. Usually I’ve found this hotel chain to be above my budget but somehow through Expedia we found this hotel at an affordable rate. We’ll be back if the rate is affordable again. “Check in was really easy and convenient. You can tell the property is a little older, but our room was massive. We had a gorgeous view of the river right outside our room. I wish we could've gone on a trip on the local paddle boat, but they have scheduled trip days and hours that didn't correspond with our trip. The sauna was nice and got plenty hot, makes for a specialty that you don't usually find in hotels. 10/10 would stay again. Lovely town too, and great antique stores for any downtime. ”

“This place was perfect for our little weekend getaway for a friends wedding. It was only 4 min drive from the wedding venue and easy parking. Great scenery. The place is a little bit outdated but its comfortable and clean, which is the most important. The couple running the place is super nice and accommodating. We brought our 5 month old baby last minute and it was no problem. I would definitely stay again. ”
