Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden. Und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer wieder malerisch. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich herausfordernd und beschwerlich; man braucht schon einigen Mut um sie zu bezwingen! Wir……

“My husband and I spent a week of a family vacation in Italy at Villa Maria with our two adult children, their spouses and five grandchildren in celebration of our 70th birthdays. Our time at Villa Maria was a spectacular experience! The villa is meticulously cared for – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with ample seating and dining spaces and breathtaking views. You really need a car to explore the surrounding area. Driving was harrowing at times as the local roads are very narrow. It……

“My family stayed here while attending wedding events nearby. It’s beautiful farm style living! Chickens, olive trees, grape vines and more all on the property. We enjoyed fresh eggs and olive oil from the property! Eduardo and Magena were very communicative and welcoming. Because the home is tuscan rustic and in the countryside, don’t be alarmed by a few ants/bugs. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. Thanks so much for a great stay! ”

“Der 2km lange Kiesweg, die nicht sauberen Zimmer/Küche und die 30min Fahrt in die nächste Ortschaft (45min zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt) haben die Urlaubsstimmung leider etwas getrübt. Die Finca liegt an sich in einer toller Naturidyille aber die gegebenen Rahmenbindungen machten es schwierig den Urlaub stressfrei zu genießen”

The house offers a variety of places where you can retreat. The house and the surroundings are very well maintained. Pizza oven and barbecue ring are perfect. Shopping, train, wine tasting are nearby. There are also restaurants in the area. A car is a must. Absolutely recommendable. We would love to come back.”

Bellissima piscina peccato che sia poco panoramica per gli arbusti di recinzione troppo alti Sarebbe utile anche una tettoia per le auto considerando il bellissimo giardino e l’ampio spazio disponibile”
