“The Bearadise Lodge is a beautiful property. The backyard has cornhole, horseshoes, and a swingset. Most importantly, it has air conditioning, which is hard to come by in Mt. Shasta. Everything was perfect!”

“We really enjoyed the location being so close to downtown and easy freeway access. The property grounds are very private, butting up to a large greenspace and tall fencing. The home is spacious with modern appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, and plenty of kitchenware. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. Drawbacks were freeway noise, but only outside. Train noise several times a day. Only one bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms and 2 downstairs with the master bedroom, but plenty……

“This is a perfectly located property. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with space between other homes. The backyard is wonderful and large. And the home is clean and has everything that would be needed. It actually is more spacious than the pictures can show. There’s so much to offer in Mt. Shasta and this property is a nice central location to access nature as well as town.”

“I came here because, I wanted to go up to Mount Shasta and go to Panther Meadow and just enjoy the area. I had rented other places before that weren't close to all the things I liked. This was the perfect location for me. The Whitney Cottage is just beautiful. The kitchen is big and spacious with everything you could possibly imagine that you need. It's there. There's a big rustic dining room table and chairs, that gives you the mountain cottage type atmosphere along with the bed in the bedroom……
