“This house was a fantastic, charming home. It was super clean and comfy and perfect for our small group and 2 little dogs. I loved the private fenced-in backyard area. Plenty of shade to sit out there with our dogs when it got really warm. It was a great location to explore Mount Shasta since it was within walking distance of the main downtown area as well as their local food coop. I would definitely book this place again in the future. ”

“This is a great property. The area was quiet and located in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for four adults and there was plenty of room for all four of our cars. The backyard is very nice and plenty of room to gather. I would highly recommend the property.”

“While working in Weed, we found this great cabin in the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful scenery (trees, Mt. Shasta and the river, not too far away) to relax and recharge. Hard to come back to our normal houses after staying here. Peaceful relaxation serenity. Thank you for being a great host! ”

“The property was cheerful and comfortable in a lovely setting. There is a helpful welcome book and all the cabinets are labelled.The only low note is that I got lost getting there. If you start in the middle of town, Main St. splits at one point. The right side takes you where you want to go. The left leads you to California.”

“This is a good property for a group. The game room downstairs, the outdoor setup and the well equipped kitchen were terrific. Property is very peaceful and we really enjoyed. ”

“We gathered with family for thanksgiving for 3 nights. Property was easy to find and access down a 1 mile dirt road driveway. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed to host a large dinner. Loved the fireplace, air hockey and fooseball. We loved being greeted by two lovely dogs when we arrived ”

“It’s a very special place, especially for those who want solitude and natural beauty. The house is a rustic farmhouse. The kitchen is new and very nice. The bedrooms are a mix of queen beds, bunk beds, and a small room with a full size (tight fit). The house is bigger than the two of us need, but the property is so beautiful it’s worth it to us. We do day excursions to surrounding sights, but mostly we hang out on the lawn by the small pond and creek and read, plus stare at the expansive view!”

“Blown away! Amazing lodge deep in the woods. I only gave the "Accuracy of Online Listing" three stars - not five - because it truly does not do the property justice. If I were to design my own lodge - it would look a lot like this. The interior is well thought out and decorated wonderfully. With a creek, a pond and a lake! This is an incredible property with bocce ball, fire pits, fire places, a game room, huge trees, stars galore and tons of good vibes. No mosquitos as the bats took care of……

“Beautiful home & lot! The pictures don't even do this place justice. We loved the open feel of the community spaces that allowed us to really enjoy family time! PET HEADS UP: even though this location is pet friendly, they don't allow pets on the furniture.This wouldn't stop us from returning in the future as our dog loved the outside area & being able to see the wildlife. I do, however, wish the owners had listed this on the property page. My daughter has a service dog who needs to be able to……
